Susan Hutman is a Senior Vice President and Director of Investment Grade Corporate and Municipal Credit Research, overseeing a team that provides fundamental analysis of global investment-grade and tax-exempt credits. She is also responsible for managing AB Fixed Income’s CRISIL relationships, which includes working with a team of 19 analysts based in India and Argentina. Hutman joined AB in 1999 as a fundamental credit research analyst and covered a range of consumer and commodity sectors before being named Director of Investment Grade Corporate and Municipal Credit Research in 2018. Before joining AB, she worked as a fixed-income salesperson at PaineWebber. Hutman holds a BA in economics from Barnard College, Columbia University, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
